MY PAGE gives every student a web page of their own, made inside the app with no web skills: a name or nickname, a picture, what you like, your clubs, sports and music, the things you have made, and the classes you choose to show. It stays private on your own unit until you share it — you pick family, teachers and friends from your contacts, and it goes to them by email as one file that opens in any web browser, with a record of who it was sent to. Going public is your own decision; for a student under 18 it takes a parent’s approval first, and the choice of web host is yours. The page has no place for a home address, a phone number or a school’s name.

Each class is entered once — subject, instructor, class number, credit hours, the days and time it meets — and the day’s classes appear on the home screen. The Degree Progress Ledger adds up the credit hours completed against the hours you need to graduate. Assignments are kept by class with their type and date, and deadlines by class with a due date, a priority and a status, so the next thing due is always in view. Each instructor has a record of their own with the classes they teach and a log of every exchange with them. Friends and classmates are kept in the same file as everyone else the course involves — instructors, advisors, family — each with a phone number and an email, and PEOPLE on My Desk opens that list on its own, so a friend’s number is a tap away rather than a search. When work or a record has to go to someone, pick the class and the instructor, and it becomes a time-stamped PDF ready to email. MY HEALTH keeps your own readings and how you feel in your own words, against the limits your doctor gives you, with one page to take to an appointment. A checkbook keeps the money straight, a password vault keeps the logins, and labels print for anything that has to be mailed.
